Voices of Dissent

Listen to or download, "Voices of Dissent"

Col. Ann Wright resigned from the U.S. Foreign Service on March 19, 2003, while serving as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Mongolia. She resigned due to her disagreement with the Bush Administration's decision to go to war with Iraq
without the authorization of the UN Security Council, the lack of effort in resolving the Israel-Palestinian situation, the lack of policy on North Korea and unnecessary curtailment of civil liberties in the United States. Her book, Voices of Dissent is available through Amazon.

Dr. Joel Kovel speak's about his book "Overcoming Zionism: Creating a Single Democratic State in Israel/Palestine" and attempts to surface how the label of "anti-semitism" is used to scare citizens from away from understanding U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East.

Barbara Lubin grew up in an orthodox Jewish family who supported the State of Israel and the Irgun. She traveled to Israel as a teenager but only entered the West Bank and Occupied Territories as an adult. That trip convinced her to enjoin the fight for justice for the Palestinian people. Soon she discovered she was a pariah among her Jewish friends. She co-founded the Middle East Children's Alliance to support MECA's work. (http://www.mecaforpeace.org/)
